Payments & Refunds
All fees for our services are outlined in your selected plan or custom proposal. Payments are due as stated in your agreement.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our services (custom setup, integrations, and time investment), we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and automation systems created by Ascendazon remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the systems and resources we build specifically for your store.
Results Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies and best practices, Ascendazon does not guarantee specific sales, profits, or growth results. Ecommerce involves market variables and platform changes that are outside of our control.
We aim to maximize success, but results will vary from client to client.

Limitation of Liability
Ascendazon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services including lost profits, platform account bans, or operational disruptions.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us within the past 3 months.
